Recycling Our Waste

 In accordance with Local Law 70 of 2011, Mastro Ready Mix, Inc. has developed an innovative way to chemically treat their water. We are a NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated With Industrial Activity (GP-0-17-004) approved facility. This patent-pending process allows the contaminated water, resulting from the production of our Ready-Mixed Concrete, to be reused in the production of our concrete or recycled safely in accordance with Section 3303.15 of the NYC Building Code.
